Tongkat Ali Extract Dosage:

Dosage: We recommend taking 100mg per day in the morning.  Bodybuilders and professional athletes usually take a higher dosage.

We recommend avoiding high-fat meals when taking Tongkat Ali extract. This would include foods such as fried foods, fatty beef or pork, etc. Eating fatty foods before taking Tongkat Ali will cause the it to absorb much slower, resulting in reduced absorbtion and reduced maximum benefits.

Missed Dose:
If you miss a dose of Tung Saw, take it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
