How to take it:
We recommend a dose of 80mg to 100mg per day, taken in the morning. If you would like to combine Krachaidam Extract with the additional power of Butea Superba, we recommend you start taking the Butea Superba capsules or extract for one week prior to starting Krachaidam. After 5 to 6 months of regular use, you should see a noticeable boost in your performance levels with each passing week.

We recommend avoiding high-fat meals when taking Krachaidam. This would include foods such as fried foods, fatty beef or pork, etc. Eating fatty foods before taking Krachaidam will cause the it to absorb much slower, resulting in reduced absorbtion and reduced maximum benefits.

If you have been diagnosed with, or you suspect to have a Peptic ulcer, we recommend you take only 50mg daily for the first 1 to 2 weeks to allow your body to adjust to Krachaidam. After that, you may increase your dose to 80mg to 100mg per day.


Missed Dose:
If you miss a dose of Krachaidam, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule.

Side effects:
After taking the first few doses of KDC, you may notice increased blood flow which can cause flushes in your face. This side effect will subside within 2 weeks of using Krachaidam.
