Tung Saw 500mg Dosage:

Dosage: We recommend a dosage of 2 capsules per day. Take one in the morning and one in the evening. We do not recommend taking both capsules at the same time. If you would like to combine Tung Saw with the additional power of Butea Superba, we recommend you start taking the Butea Superba capsules or extract for one week prior to starting Krachaidam. After 5 to 6 months of regular use, you should see a noticeable boost in your performance levels with each passing week.

We recommend avoiding high-fat meals when taking Tung Saw. This would include foods such as fried foods, fatty beef or pork, etc. Eating fatty foods before taking Tung Saw will cause the it to absorb much slower, resulting in reduced absorbtion and reduced maximum benefits.

Missed Dose:
If you miss a dose of Tung Saw, take it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
